Geotag Photos on a Map

Pix42 shows GPS-tagged images on a map and lets you use location as part of your browsing, review, and metadata workflow.

For travel, field work, events, and archives, location is often more useful than filename order. Pix42 map view places geotagged images on an interactive map, while the metadata panel keeps GPS data visible during normal image review.

Pix42 Pro removes the free marker limit and adds drag-to-tag workflows: drop images on the map to embed GPS coordinates, or move existing markers to update coordinates in the file.

Location editing with visual context

Updating GPS data from a map is less error-prone than typing coordinates by hand. Pix42 keeps the image preview, file list, metadata, and map together so you can confirm each location while working.

Pix42 includes this feature together with fast browsing, persistent ratings, duplicate detection, metadata tools, and batch conversion.
