By downloading, accessing, or using Book42, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app or website.

2. Permitted Use

Book42 is provided for personal and lawful use. You agree not to:

• reverse engineer or decompile the service where prohibited by law
• use the service for unlawful activities
• attempt unauthorized access to systems or data

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of content and library records you add to Book42. If you enable sync, you grant DemaHub a limited license to store and process that data only to operate the service.

4. Service Availability

We aim to keep Book42 available and reliable, but availability is not guaranteed. Features may be changed, added, or removed over time.

5. Warranty Disclaimer and Liability

Book42 is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DemaHub is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
